If you feel your house, business property, etc is haunted, we would love to help. All investigations are free.

When first contacting us, we will conduct an interview for assessment purposes and to determine the procedure for conducting our investigation. Your inquiry will be totally confidential and professional. Privacy is our priority when we investigate private residences or businesses and no personal details will be revealed without your permission.

We normally do our investigations on Saturday nights, but with enough notice we can do it on a different night. Investigations which are considered an emergency will take priority.

We will do out of state investigations depending on where they are located. If you are out of state, if you could provide us some food and a place to get a few hours of sleep before we drive back, it would be greatly appreciated.

All of our investigators sign a form saying if they are injured or if their property is damaged, YOU cannot be held responsible. We all know there are risks involved.

We will respond to all emails for help with in 24 hours. We will schedule an investigation as soon as possible. Cases which we consider are an emergency will be moved to the front of the list. We are able to sage, bless, etc. a house to help you after we have determined it is necessary. This service is provided at no charge. Shadowz Paranormal will try and assist you any way we can in dealing with the haunting. We DO NOT do exorcisms.
